When an object passes on the weighing platform, pressure is applied to the sensor source, the sensor is deformed, so that the impedance changes, and the excitation voltage is used to change at the same time to output a changing analog signal. The signal is amplified by the amplifier circuit and output to the analog-to-digital converter. Converted into a digital signal that is convenient for processing, it is output to the CPU operation control, and the CPU outputs this result to the display according to keyboard commands and programs.
Dynamic Checkweighers are generally installed at the back end of production lines such as production instruments and automatic packaging. The purpose is to dynamically weigh and count product weights, sorting settings to prevent defective products from leaving the factory, and to protect consumers while analyzing measurement data to further manage production . The data can also be fed back to the production equipment, and by controlling the production equipment in this way, unnecessary loss of raw materials can be prevented.
Workflow Of Automatic Online Checkweigher
The first step: First, the online checkweigher is a kind of scale body that the product is transported into after passing through the last stage of the assembly line or manual feeding.
Step 2: The product enters the "acceleration section" of the automatic checkweigher: the distance between the products will be stretched to ensure that it is a single product instead of multiple products when entering the "weighing section". When the products are arranged irregularly, they can also be sorted by "accelerated segment".
The third step: the product enters the "weighing section" of the conveyor belt checkweigher: the weighing system quickly detects the weight of the product; and immediately determines whether the product weight is within the target weight range. If the product weight is qualified, it will be sent out of the weighing machine without error; if the product weight is unqualified, it will give a rejection delay signal. At the same time, the system will automatically record the number of qualified and unqualified products.
The fourth step: the product enters the "reject section" of the weight sorting checkweigher: when the reject section detects the rejection delay signal, it will take the rejection action in a timely manner to accurately reject the unqualified products.
