1. This automatic capsule metal detector is used to detect metal impurities in tablets and capsules after the tableting and dust removal processes. It can detect all metal impurities, including ferrous metals (Fe), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, etc.), and stainless steel.

2. LCD touchscreen control with a user-friendly interface supporting multiple languages.

3. Multiple detection frequencies are available, allowing different frequencies to be used depending on the desired product performance.

4. Automatic capsule metal detector has a self-learning function; the metal detector automatically collects product information and recommends appropriate detection parameters for each product.

5. Advanced DSP technology significantly improves detection performance. A leading genetic algorithm effectively suppresses product signals to achieve reliable sensitivity.

6. It can store approximately 100 product data points, suitable for production lines testing multiple products.

7. Equipped with an automatic tapping rejection system (controlled by a pneumatic solenoid valve), unqualified products are automatically rejected.
