Fault 1: The packaging material is broken
1. The packaging material has joints and burrs with excessively large breaks.
2. The paper feed motor circuit is faulty or the circuit is in poor contact.
3. The paper feed proximity switch is damaged.
1. Remove the unqualified paper section.
2. Overhaul the paper feeding motor circuit.
3. Replace the paper feed proximity switch.
Fault 2: The bag is not tightly sealed
1. The inner layer of the packaging material is uneven.
2. Uneven sealing pressure.
3. The sealing temperature is low.
1. Remove unqualified packaging materials.
2. Adjust the sealing pressure.
3. Increase the heat sealing temperature
Fault 3: Improper sealing
1. The position of the heat sealer body is wrong.
1. Readjust the position of the heat sealer body.
Failure 4: Continuous or partial cutting of the packaging bag causes continuous bagging
1. The position of the cutter is not adjusted properly.
2. The cutting blade becomes blunt.

Fault 5: The heat sealer body does not heat up
1. The heating tube is damaged.
2. The line is faulty.

Fault 6: The temperature of the heat sealer is out of control
1. The thermocouple is open.
2. The temperature regulator is damaged.

Fault 7: The paper feed motor does not rotate or rotates without stopping
1. The paper feed lever is stuck.
2. The paper feed proximity switch is damaged.
3. The starting capacitor is damaged.
4. The fuse is broken, or the power board is faulty.
1. Solve the cause of the jam.
2. Replace the paper feed proximity switch.
3. Replace the starting capacitor.
4. Replace the fuse, and check the power board to eliminate the fault.
Fault 8: Color mark positioning does not work
1. The bag length setting value is not suitable. Usually, the actual bag length is less than the standard length of the color code.
2. The roller pattern is smoothed and the friction is reduced
1. Increase the bag length setting value so that the actual bag length is slightly larger than the standard length of the color code.
2. Replace the roller.
Fault 9: No bag pulling (bag pulling motor does not run)
1. The line is faulty.
2. The bag-drawing proximity switch is damaged or the bag-drawing signal cam is far away.
3. The control board is faulty.
4. The stepper motor driver is faulty.
1. Check the wiring and eliminate the fault.
2. Change the proximity switch of the bag or adjust the distance of the signal cam of the bag.
3. Replace the control board.
4. Replace the stepper motor driver.
Fault 10: The bag is always blocked above the cutter
1. The time to pull the bag is ahead of time.
2. The position of the upper pocket board is wrong.
1. Re-adjust the timing of pulling the bag.
2. Adjust the position of the upper pocket board.
Fault 11: The packaging weight of the liquid machine is unstable, and the material is not filled
1. The cock rocker is loose.
2. Large range of material level changes.
3. The pipeline is blocked;
4. The position of the cock is wrong
1. Tighten the cock rocker screw.
2. Control the range of material level.
3. Dredge the pipeline,

Fault 12: The filling motor does not work
